Kristin O’Connor
Kristin’s career has taken more than a reasonable number of twists and turns. Led by an unwillingness to abandon her passion for sharing her love of healthy food and the transformative impact eating clean can have on our health. She has a Masters Degree in Art Therapy, worked as an Art Therapist at an eating disorder clinic, pitched a cooking show to Food Network, produced shows for a Food Network/Cooking Channel production company, is a published author of four cookbooks for The Blood Type Diet, became a private chef for celebrities and athletes, consults for professional athletic teams and has launched Super Dirt with her partner, Toni Garrn and brother Ryan O'Connor.
Kristin wishes to be part of a larger solution; helping to ensure that people have the ability to eat well, and that sustainability of individual crops, as well as the integrity of our planet, is considered in every endeavor.
Our team of advisors represents the very foundation of our company, bringing years of valuable experience across several individual areas of strength.
Over the years the business of agriculture has been corrupted by corporate farming, resulting in large mega farms contributing to the destruction of the once honest family farms.
Thankfully there is HOPE! There has been clear evidence that both producers and consumers are more aware of these potentially disastrous effects and are helping foster an essential paradigm shift in agriculture. Being part of the solution is integral at Super Dirt Foods. We are strongly committed to help cultivate change that will make our Earth and our bodies happy and healthy. We will be doing all that we can to promote sustainable farming and plan to donate a portion of our revenue to giving back to sustainable farming. In addition, we have made a conscious effort to select eco-friendly packaging for our products. Our ingredients and products will always represent our dedication to health and quality.
Pictured left, our Brand Ambassador, Toni Garrn is showing our founder, Kristin around one of the schools her non-profit (The Toni Garrn Foundation) supports, that also happens to be built on a Moringa farm, an ingredient used in many of our products. It is our goal as we grow to be able to direct trade source as many as our ingredients as possible to give more funds back to farms using sustainable farming methods.
